1. Desiption:

This paper mainly carried out the following aspects of the study :(1) synthesis of PAMAM, using ethylenediamine as the initial initiating nucleus, and methyl acrylate alternate Michael addition reaction and amidation reaction, by comparing different time, temperature and feed ratio to determine the best reaction conditions.
